Unless you're printing an absolute metric fuckton of units, those one-off, unique sized cards are gonna cost you a stiff premium that'll make your wallet weep salty droplets.

The reason us printing nerds even have standard sizes in the first place is to keep costs low and efficiency high on high volume runs. It's not just a ploy to dickwhip your desires, honest.

But let's say money is no object for your ballers - time becomes the next prickly issue. Those custom dies and plates don't just magic themselves out of thin air. You'll be tapping your foot and flaring those nostrils like Red Rum waiting for your oddly sized order.

And at the end of the day, do you really need banana muncher proportions or lacrosse ball dimensions? Most learning activities and promotions do just fine with the standard A-whatevers or usual poker sizes.
